Description
I wrote this book to support our fundraising. I wanted to have something original to give back to donors. Another reason was, that our volunteers enjoyed our food and wanted to know, how to cook it. This was an easy way to achieve this. Some dishes they learnt to cook during their stay with us, but not all and it was nice for them to look them up again at home. As our youngest son has Celiac this book contains many Gf dishes as well as vegetarian dishes. Burmese food is very delicious and very different from the better known Thai food.

Summary
A cookbook with Burmese, Karen, Thai and Western dishes. It contains many Gluten-free and Vegetarian dishes. These dishes originated in cooperation with our volunteers in our children project. They are fast and easy to cook and the ones our volunteers liked most.
