The eye gate and the ear gate of the sensory realm pick up and allow entrance to the disturbances of the outer realm which invade the peace of the soul. But they cannot touch the spirit of the ascended one at rest. We are called to live the “Ascended Life” while still in the body. It is as we are “Tuned in” to our spiritual senses that one rides the heavenlies and views the cosmic chaos without becoming “entangled in it”, “embroiled in it”, and “suffocated by it”. There, one breathes, the rarified, purified air of the “upper realm”, the “higher realm” far above the level of all which will distract and detract from eternal purpose and destiny.
