Dr. Levi Cheruo Cheptora is a medical doctor, digital health innovator, researcher, and social entrepreneur dedicated to transforming healthcare access and health literacy across Africa. He is the Founder and CEO of Doctors Explain Digital Health Co. Ltd., a social enterprise leveraging telemedicine, AI-driven health tools, and multilingual health education to reach underserved communities.

His work spans the intersection of medicine, technology, and public health systems strengthening. Dr. Cheptora has deployed hospital management information systems across multiple facilities, developed AI-powered triage and disease surveillance tools, and led community-centred health literacy programs in local languages. He also serves as a researcher with Africa CDC/CDC (USA), contributing to public health preparedness, clinical trials, and HIV prevention initiatives.
