Bio:
I'm creating this account so I can post a book that is a compilation of short stories written by my father, George Stever.
Here's his bio:
George is a retired forester who loved to write and wrote many short stories when he tended a store that he owned. He wrote short stories for his enjoyment and to share with others. He hopes that the Gutenberg project will be an avenue to reach a wider audience in the future.
George also enjoys painting and has used oils and watercolors to produce many original pieces of art. Many have been given away to familiy members who display them proudly on their walls. He has also done woodworking and woodcarving over the years as another creative endeavor. He has made many Noah's Arks to sell and also has given them away. He enjoyed making duck decoys, fish decoys, and other woodcarving projects. At one point when he owned an antique store, he carved designs in the backs of antique chairs.
