This document was developed from the r e p o r t of t h a t meeting. This group d e a l t p r i ~ ~ ~ a r i l y w i t h t h e p r o v i s i o n of s e r v i c e s f o r the mentally ill, although a few o t h e r a s p e c t s were touclicd upon and have been included b r i e f l y i n t h i s document.
