FOCUSED PROGRAMME REVIEW (FPR) INTRODUCTION What is the FPR? The Focused Programme Review (FPR) is a process for reviewing the activities and progress of a programme for control of diarrhoea1 diseases (CDD) or acute respiratory infections (AN). The purpose of the review is to identify major achievements and priority problems, investigate the causes of problems, and plan solutions. The FPR is focused in that it involves looking closely at selected priority problems. The result is a workplan to solve the problems. This workplan can then be incorporated in the programme's complete plan of action.
