1. INTRODUCTION: In a previous report (Kocher 2003), a method of screening to select radionuclides to be included in dose reconstructions for atmospheric releases from various facilities at the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory (INEL)1 was developed. Many radionuclides were released from the facilities of concern, but most would not have contributed significantly to doses received by the public. The purpose of screening is to select the radionuclides that could have been important for further analysis in a dose reconstruction.
