This part of the WHO safe motherhood needs assessment manual is a guide to assist in rapidly analysing the data collected for the assessment, and to prepare a final report -- processes which are outlined in Step 15 of the guidelines contained in Part 1. It has been designed in the form of a report on a safe motherhood needs assessment, and begins with a proposed Table of Contents, followed by a list of the dummy tables provided. Subsequent sections correspond to those listed in the Table of Contents and for each section the relevant dummy tables have been inserted. Where appropriate, these sections should contain descriptive and analytical text. The tables have been completed using O or 0% to indicate whether a whole number or percentage should be entered. The tables and analysis shown in this document are based on the Mother-Baby Package and the model survey forms included in Part II of the manual. Each item on the model survey forms is included, in sorne way, in this document.
