Issued under the authority of the Commissioner of Agriculture for the West Indies; The reader should note that the pages of this edition appear to have, at one time, before being bound together, been stored as folded papers; the creases that remain have been virtually impossible to flatten, and so the text is warped a bit for this reason. In addition, there are many pages that seem to have been printed with very little ink, including page 100, which has a streak of almost invisible text down the middle of the page.
