Excerpt: Norfolk, Virginia. Paul J. McNulty, United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia, announced that Nader Zaki Abdelhay, age 30, of Richmond, Virginia, was sentenced today in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia to serve a total of 41 months incarceration as a result of his convictions for possession of a firearm and ammunition by a convicted felon and making false material statements to law enforcement officers. Abdelhay was convicted after a trial held on August 19, 2003.
