Description
Sleep is associated with the body. Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan used to sleep for only about an hour and half out of 24 hours. That too, if his body would fall asleep for 45 minutes then another 30-45 minutes he used to be in the awareness of his Self, again if his body would fall asleep for 10 mins then soon after he would be doing his vidhis with awareness. So, like this, in totality, Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan used to sleep for only one and half hour during the entire night and still he used to be fresh as ever. The one who is sleeper will sleep while the one who is knower of it will know it. The pleasure of sleeping is of the Non-Self complex. In the this edition of Dadavani, Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan beautifully explains what is sleep, how does it come, what is the duration of genuine sleep, how can one stay as Self while sleeping, etc. which will help the reader to get rid of extra sleep.
