Gary L Beer born in Kent, England and is of English and Welsh descent.

  After raising a family Gary went to university and achieved a BSc in Pharmaceutical Chemistry following this with a Masters Degree in Chemistry, studying nano-particle science at the very cutting edge of technology. Able to turn his hand to most things in life he has worked as a Carpenter, Car Mechanic, Panel beater, Chemist and Teacher.

Gary has written two travel novels; Journey Thru America, My Quest For Peace and Journey Thru America, The Way Home, relating travels on his own of an 18,000 mile epic journey that takes him to Canada and from the east to the west coasts of North America. Travelling and meeting many interesting and often hilarious characters in this amazing country makes these novels excellent reading.

   The pleasure derived from writing these travel novels inspired him to write further and A Good Find became his first attempt at writing fiction. After the third novel the pleasure in writing increased and Gary has currently written three crime thrillers and several imaginative science fiction novels.
