Excerpt: This GVP provides the requirements for APCTVC’s verification of the performance of SCR applied to mobile and stationary source diesel engines. Other organizations (e.g., EPA’s Office of Transportation and Air Quality [OTAQ] and the California Air Resources Board [CARB]) also verify the performance of SCR to meet the needs of those organizations. The technology applicant should discuss the intended application of the SCR with OTAQ to determine the most suitable path for verification.
