Introduction This study is one in a series of critical reviews of the available literature on the microwave spectra of molecules of interest in radio astronomy. The tables include a refitting of the spectra of OH and OD to all the available data. Though little data are available on 'OH most of the molecular parameters could be estimated by isotopic scaling of the known parameters in l60H and '=OD. The few most critical molecular parameters were then fit to the observed transitions. The data available on I7OH are also included, but no attempt has been @ 1978 by the U.S. Secretary of Commerce on behalf of the United States. This copyright is ass~gned to the Amencan Institute of Physics and the American Chemionl Society. Table 111. Microwave Spectrum of 'OD . . Table IV. Microwave Spectrum of lXOH . . Table V.
