Will Mephisto be able to convince Doctor Faust about signing up his soul? What has Goethe to do with all this? Could the offer of a 21st century girl, mobile phone and Viagra pill be enough for Faust to sign up his soul? Does Meg happen to play for the other team? Could Faust's maid Siebel, a pious Christian girl, fall in love with the devil? Is this the kind of situation for the Heavenly Troops to interfere? If they do, will Mephisto and Siebel be recognised as asylum seekers? Will they even gain the refugee status? Will their applications be processed offshore or onshore? What happens to Pheles? Does political correctness rule in Heaven? Could there really be a happy ending?

Yearnings of going back to their own sphere, Within themselves intensely they’ve carried, Ad infinitum bound to interfere, In human affairs for’er stay buried. Tho’ longing for their abode o’er cloud nine, Anacamptic sound of harps in their hearts, They can’t evade it, but must lay supine, Unable to outsmart the Cupid’s darts.
