Description
One attains Akram Gnan (Self-realization of the step-less path of liberation) with the grace of the Gnani Purush. However, one's prior karma accounts remain to be settled. That is why it is extremely important to remain in touch with a Ganni Purush to understand what one has really attained in this direct path which is scientific. In this path, the wrong belief 'I am Chandulal', leaves and is replaced with the right belief 'I am Shuddhatma (pure Self)'. This state of Shuddhatma-the Self is the state of total fearlessness. After attaining this Gnan-the knowledge of the Self, mahatmas need to know how to remain the Self with the five Agnas (Dadashri's five cardinal sentences that sustain the liberated state in Akram Vignan) in all worldly the situations. By applying the Agnas, one becomes aware of the source and cause of fear, where and how it arises, to whom it is happening, and how one can remain unaffected and separate from the one who is experiencing fear. Thus one remains fearless.
